Taking money and giving it back
How do I take payment when someone books by phone?
There's no video on this page yet. The answer is the real one. When we film it, this same page gets the tape.
Online bookings collect payment at checkout. For a manual booking, enter the card or send a payment link. Use a saved card later for a balance or an extra charge.

How it actually works
A walk-in and a website booking are the same cart-backed payment path, started from different doors.
Easy to mix up
- Phone orders have to be invoiced on paper.
- A saved card is a blank check with no terms.
