When something breaks
It says nothing is available. What do I check?
There's no video on this page yet. The answer is the real one. When we film it, this same page gets the tape.
Check the date and time the guest asked for, and whether the timeslot is actually valid. Wrong timezone, a blocked day, cleanup minutes, or a unit in maintenance will look like an empty calendar.

How it actually works
Availability is the schedule plus holds plus downtime. It is not a broken search box by default.
Easy to mix up
- Empty results always mean the product is down.
- Turnaround time does not hide a window.
