Yes. Waivers live in checkout and can be signed on the phone before arrival. Connect Smartwaiver under Account → Integrations if you use that provider. Status is visible at check-in so the fast lane is not a legal conversation.

How it actually works
Clipboards in the dew cost the first hour. The waiver has to stay with the booking when a claim shows up later.
Easy to mix up
- Everyone signs on paper at 9am.
