How do I charge for a scratch after they return?

Add the damage charge on the booking, then charge the card on file. They authorized that when they booked. Document it in the return inspection first.

The saved card is for the extra. RecSystems does not store the full number.
Easy to mix up
- You have to start a brand-new unpaid booking for a scratch.
- Damage money can only be cash in an envelope.
