Can I import customers without emailing them?
There's no video on this page yet. The answer is the real one. When we film it, this same page gets the tape.
Go to Account → Account Info → Import Data, upload a CSV, review Rex's column mapping, and start the import. Names, emails, and phones come in with the reservation rows. Imported history does not email guests. There is no customer-only CRM dump.

How it actually works
RecSystems is booking-centric. People arrive on booking rows. New bookings after the import send email as usual.
