What does Reserved actually mean?
There's no video on this page yet. The answer is the real one. When we film it, this same page gets the tape.
RecSystems has 10 booking statuses: pending (in cart), checkout, reserved (paid and confirmed), cancelled, expired (cart timed out), rented (they have the unit), returned, completed, refunded, and maintenance (unit blocked). Status changes through those actions — you do not type a status by hand.

How it actually works
Reserved is paid and on the books. Rented is after check-in. Pending is still a cart.
Easy to mix up
- Staff pick a status from a free-text list.
- Reserved means they already have the keys.
