Can I change a booking after they already have the keys?

Yes. A Rented booking can still take a unit swap, an extension, or add-on changes. Staff can swap until the rental window ends. After that, only an admin can swap.

How it actually works
Check-in does not freeze the cart. The end of the window is what locks staff swaps.
Easy to mix up
- Rented means nobody can touch the booking.
- Any employee can swap yesterday's rental this morning.
