Can I get a copy when someone books?
There's no video on this page yet. The answer is the real one. When we film it, this same page gets the tape.
Open Account → Account Info to set receipt copy emails, reply-to, abandoned-cart recovery, and the weekly analytics digest. Customer confirmation emails still send automatically with your branding.

How it actually works
Your copy is a setting. Turning off the guest confirmation is a different, explicit choice.
Easy to mix up
- Owner copies are the same as guest confirmations.
- There is no way to hear about a booking without opening the dashboard.
