How do I take a unit off the calendar for repair?
There's no video on this page yet. The answer is the real one. When we film it, this same page gets the tape.
Go to Account Info → Unit Downtime, click Schedule Downtime, pick the unit, choose a downtime type, set the dates and times, and save.
Read unit downtime, then block dates.
How it actually works
Downtime is inventory you cannot sell. It is not a blackout for the whole shop.
Easy to mix up
- Unpublish forever is the only way to stop a booking.
- A broken unit can stay bookable if staff remember.
