The questions

What do I actually set up first?

Complete the business profile, add a fleet, add at least one rental unit with photos and pricing, set the availability schedule, then test the booking page.

Read the quick start, then start setup.

What belongs in the business profile?

Go to Account → Account Info, fill in business information, upload a logo, set time zone and currency, and save.

Read account setup, then add a fleet.

What is a fleet?

A fleet groups similar rentals — pontoon boats or jet skis — so you can organize inventory and show options to guests. Create one under Inventory → New Fleet with a name and description.

Read fleets, then add a unit.

How do I add one rental with photos?

Go to Account → Fleets, pick a fleet, click Add Unit, enter the name and details, add photos, then publish when ready.

Read adding units, then unit details.

Where do photos, capacity, and the description live?

Open the unit under Account → Fleets and edit description, key features, photos, capacity, and SEO. That is the listing guests should recognize.

Read unit details, then the cabana quantity lesson.

How do I book a walk-in at the counter?

Click New Walk-in or + Booking, pick a unit and dates, enter the customer, and process payment. The booking is confirmed immediately.

Read first booking, then creating bookings.

Where do I see today's pickups?

The dashboard calendar is the overview. For the day, go to Bookings → Front Desk Queue for today's pickups, overdue pickups, balances due, and active holds.

Read the dashboard tour.

Can I add many units from a spreadsheet?

Go to Account → Account Info → Import Data, download the CSV template, fill in the units, upload, map columns, preview, then Import.

Read bulk import, then switching.

How do I take a unit off the calendar for repair?

Go to Account Info → Unit Downtime, click Schedule Downtime, pick the unit, choose a downtime type, set the dates and times, and save.

Read unit downtime, then block dates.

How do I book several units for one party?

Raise quantity for identical units, or add different units to the same cart. They share payment and customer info, and can still be managed one by one.

Read group bookings, then cart check-in.

Can I start a booking from an empty square on the calendar?

Yes. Go to Bookings → Calendar and click an empty time on that unit and date to start the booking. Colors on the calendar are status: blue reserved, cyan rented, yellow pending or returned, green completed, red cancelled.

Read the calendar, then walk-in booking.
