How long does a guest have to finish paying?
There's no video on this page yet. The answer is the real one. When we film it, this same page gets the tape.
By default, carts are held for 15 minutes during checkout. If they do not finish, the cart expires and the units go back on the calendar. They cannot save a cart for later.

How it actually works
This is the checkout clock. The last-boat hold that stops two people taking the same unit is a different question.
Easy to mix up
- A guest can park a cart overnight and come back.
- This 15-minute clock is the same as the last-unit collision hold.
