RecSystems has two roles. Employee is daily operations like bookings and check-ins. Admin is full access including settings, reports, and user management.

How it actually works
Seasonal staff should not wander into refunds and rate rules. Two roles is the control. We will not invent a third role the product does not have.
Easy to mix up
- There is a secret manager role besides Employee and Admin.
- Employees can change the 10% slider.
