Open the calendar from the dashboard. Bookings are color-coded by status. Click a booking to see details or make a change.

How it actually works
The calendar is the picture. The booking workspace is where a change lives after you pick it.
Easy to mix up
- The calendar is the only place a swap is saved.
- Color is just decoration.
