Rex AI Assistant
Actions Rex Can Take — AI-Powered Operations
Rex can check in bookings, mark returns, create pricing rules, schedule maintenance, add charges, manage holds, handle waivers, draft emails, and generate reports — always with a preview and your confirmation before executing.
Rex isn't just a Q&A bot — it's an operational copilot that can take real actions on your bookings, pricing, fleet, and customers. Every action follows a simple rule: Rex shows you what it will do, and you confirm before it happens.
---
The Preview-Then-Confirm Flow
Every write action follows this pattern:
- You ask — "Check in the Garcia family"
- Rex finds the booking — Shows you the details: customer name, unit, time, any balance due
- Rex asks for confirmation — "Want me to go ahead?"
- You confirm — Say "yes", "go ahead", or "do it"
- Rex executes — Makes the change and tells you what happened and what to do next
If you say "no" or "cancel" at step 4, Rex stops and no changes are made.

Actions Rex Links To (But Doesn't Execute Directly)
Some sensitive operations are handled through the dashboard for safety. Rex finds the relevant data and gives you a direct link:

|---|---|
| Process refunds | Shows the refund breakdown (how much from each payment method) and links to the cart page |
| Cancel bookings | Finds the booking and links to the cart page where you can cancel |
| Settle balances | Shows the outstanding balance and links to the cart page for payment collection |
| Create reservations | Checks available timeslots and pricing, then links to the reservation form |

Total paid: $300.00
