The questions
What do the numbers on the dashboard actually mean?
The dashboard shows gross revenue, net revenue, orders, average order value, utilization, and more. Comparison arrows are trends versus the previous period.
Read dashboard metrics, then revenue reports.
Why is net revenue different from gross?
Revenue reports show gross and net income, trends, a breakdown by rentals, add-ons, and fees, and day-of-week patterns. Net is after the deductions that report includes — it is not a mystery number Rex invented.
Read revenue reports.
How do I see which rental actually earns?
Unit performance reports show revenue, bookings, utilization, and health scores for each unit. Use them to find what is working and what is sitting.
Read unit performance.
How do I get a file for the accountant?
Go to Dashboard → Reports and click Export. Choose Payments CSV, Refunds CSV, AR Aging CSV, an Excel workbook, an executive one-pager PDF, or the CSV suite. Downloads are generated on demand.
Read exporting reports.
How far in advance are people actually booking?
Booking reports show volume over time, cancellation rates, lead time, and patterns by day and time.
