The words operators use on Saturday, defined the way RecSystems uses them.

Fleet: A group of similar rental items
Unit: An individual rental item
Booking: A reservation for rental items
Check-In: When a customer picks up their rental
Check-Out: When a customer returns their rental
Add-On: Optional extras customers can include
Dynamic Pricing: Automatic price adjustments based on rules
Security Deposit: An amount configured in account settings for damage protection. INFORMATIONAL ONLY - appears in FAQs but is NOT automatically charged by RecSystems. Staff collects security deposits manually.
Payout: Transfer of funds to your bank account
Rex: Your AI-powered business assistant
Buffer Time: Gap between rentals for prep/cleaning
Blocked Date: A date blocked from booking via Unit Downtime or schedule settings
